Scrupulo -- not intricate

You may have noticed, as you have been browsing my website that the tag line reads "not intricate" what's all that about, you ask? Well, to put it simply, I worship good design, that is, good, light design. This is why I'm an avid reader of Stu Nicholls' www.cssplay.co.uk, Jeffrey Zeldman, a living god's www.zeldman.com, and his firm's magazine a list apart. Of course, I do like graphics, but I also understand that a well rounded website must start with well written code.

Scrupulosa, they tell me, is a latin word meaning intricate, so in choosing the name Scrupulo for the site, you might say I'm going against one of my core beliefs of design. But it's just a Web 2.0 trick. Gotcha.

I can offer a Laundry List of what I'm good at.

I've been designing my own websites for over 7 years and have been working on others for about 4, which is impressive (at least to me), but is short compared to others (like Zeldman). In order to take advantage of the full power of the internet, I've has been using php, mysql, and javascript, the building blocks of the new web, for few years now.
